Claudio heeft ons enorm goed geholpen: ons afgeremd toen we onnodig te snel wilden en snel gehandeld toen ons droomhuis langs kwam. Zijn onderhandelingsstrategie bleek precies de juiste, daardoor kregen we het huis. Ook heeft hij goede kijk op de staat van huizen: alle punten die hij benoemde, werden vervolgens ook genoemd door de bouwtechnisch inspecteur.
