Nadat we ons nieuwe huis gekocht hadden kwam er in een gesprek naar boven dat Jan Willem eventueel geïnteresseerden voor ons huidige huis had. Deze mensen wouden graag in onze huidige buurt wonen. Dankzij snelle en duidelijke communicatie was er met een goede 2 weken al een bezichtiging en bieding! Door de snelle respons van Iets Anders Makelaars is alles vlot, snel en duidelijk geregeld, zeer tevreden!

After we first tried to sell our house ourselves, we quickly realized that it would take us too much time. Therefore, we contacted Iets Anders Makelaars and before we knew it, we were sitting at our kitchen table with agent Jan Willem and interior stylist Ilse. Besides the fact that Jan Willem is just a nice guy, the contact with the other employees of Iets Anders Makelaars also went smoothly. Nice people, with a good business sense.\/n\/nIn short: The contact, the appointments and of course the sale of our house, has gone smoothly to everyone's satisfaction!\/n\/nWould I recommend Iets Anders Makelaars? Without a doubt!\/n\/nBut for now, we are done with moving ;-)

In one word, amazing! Really different! With which real estate agent can you trust that they will prioritize your interests both when buying and selling? And with which agent can you just be yourself and communicate openly? And with which agent do you sign your purchase contract while enjoying some food and drinks, and the kids are entertained (with a game of ping pong)? Really different indeed! As other reactions already indicated, you would spontaneously buy or sell a house every week because of the pleasant environment and communication during the process. The only downside: they love cookies/cakes, so you will occasionally have to prepare some treats for the hungry agents from Ietsanders Makelaars ;)

Professional, customer-friendly, good advice regarding the sale of the house. The stylist who went through the house one more time before the photos were taken. Always reachable by phone, app or email. Within 6 days the house was sold. Signing the purchase contract was well organized with the buyers and was a pleasant meeting. Echt een goede makelaar! Ook echt iets anders dan de standaard makelaars. Erg laag drempelig. Vlotte leuke medewerkers. Goed advies. Duidelijke open voorlichting en behandeling van de verkoop van jouw huis. Zeker aan te raden!!😄
