A pleasant collaboration with someone familiar to me. Short lines and truly 'something different'! Fast, flexible, market-oriented. Open to your own texts & photo contributions of your home, which was very important to me. Very pleasant contact with the real estate agent who took his time to explain the entire selling process at our home. The selling process and viewings went very well too. Plenty of time was scheduled for the viewings, allowing visitors to look around extensively and come back a second time if desired. Signing the (provisional) purchase contract at the real estate agent's office was lovely and cozy; the agent took all the time needed to explain the contract thoroughly while we enjoyed a cup of coffee with an apple pie.

Contact with Ietsanders Real Estate was excellent, Jan Willem Kuipers was our real estate agent and he, together with his team, superbly handled the sale of our house. Praise for the unique approach of Ietsanders; even the buyers were enthusiastic about the time they had to view the property while enjoying coffee and some treats. Unfortunately, the period after putting it on the market was a very quiet period from the realtor's side. No viewings and there has been no contact whatsoever from the realtor. It would have been nice if there had been occasional contact, even just to update us on minimal interest and possibly suggest how to proceed further.
