Baar Makelaardij bv is a nice and reliable real estate agency. We had a pleasant cooperation with Wendy, resulting in us quickly finding a house. The contacts with Wendy were great, and questions were answered promptly. Short lines of communication made it possible to handle matters related to information about the property, what offer to make, and viewing the property extremely quickly. We could always turn to Wendy for questions; if she didn't know something, it was immediately investigated. We are very satisfied with Wendy and would definitely recommend her to other people. Especially if you're looking or not yet familiar with 'what now when buying a house?' Good guidance, honest opinion but most of all good communication!

After having looked at several properties on Funda.nl but never being able to arrange a viewing because the viewing days were always fully booked extremely quickly, I had less and less confidence that I would be able to purchase a suitable property in the short term. During this process, I also started to inquire about mortgages with various lenders. In one of my last conversations, I was referred by the mortgage advisor to Wendy. What a pleasant contact, but even more important during such an exciting and hectic period of searching for a home in an overheated housing market where finding a suitable property is really quite difficult. After our first nice introductory conversation where I expressed my wishes, I soon had my first viewing. And after two viewings and quick action, I signed the purchase contract on January 15, 2021.
