Eerst ingeschakeld als verkoopmakelaar en later ook als aankoopmakelaar vanwege de goede lokale marktkennis. Afspraken werden prima nagekomen, na elke bezichtiging was er even contact over hoe het verlopen was. Pluspunt vonden wij ook de goede bereikbaarheid van de makelaar (zonodig ook buiten kantoortijden).

Not only the agent but the entire team helped us quickly and skillfully at all times (on the most diverse matters...from floor plans to energy labels). In the end, the property sold in 8 weeks (including all disbursements). This is possible when we speak around the table with the same tone.
