The personal contact with the real estate agent and his staff was good. The office is well accessible and the online service provision is excellent. Due to the overheated housing market, however, selling the property seems like buying/selling a packet of sugar. As the seller, I received an extremely good price but would have preferred a more careful finalization of the necessary arrangements and documents.

De eerste fase van het verkooptraject verliep heel goed, Pieter van Meurs was heel plezierig en concreet bij het "intake"gesprek (en heeft daarna bij de kijkdagen goed werk geleverd). De fase daarna verliep m.i. heel slecht. Er was b.v. geen bord in de tuin geleverd, de tekst die mij voor de site werd voorgelegd, klopte niet wat de bouwtechnische informatie betrof en gaf te weinig algemene informatie. Ik heb uiteindelijk de tekst zelf gemaakt. Een en ander zal wel te wijten zijn geweest aan het feit dat het kantoor tijdens de Kerstdagen en daarna gesloten was en er maar 1 medewerker de mails in de gaten hield. Waarschijnlijk zal ook het feit dat mijn makelaar, Van Meurs, vertrokken was niet geholpen hebben met de afhandeling van de verkoop van mijn huis.
