A year ago, we engaged NAMACO Groningen to help us with purchasing a home. Within half a year, we were able to find and buy our dream house. Subsequently, we also engaged NAMACO Groningen to sell our old home. This too resulted in a positive outcome, and we are therefore very satisfied with the overall result. We primarily had contact with Klaas, Larissa, and Marit. We found the contact very pleasant. They are easy to reach, communicate quickly and clearly, and above all, they are pleasant to deal with. During the handover at the notary, the buyers of our old home also spoke positively about Klaas's positive and active attitude during the viewing. For us, this is a confirmation that Klaas did a good job here. NAMACO Groningen, in our opinion, is highly recommended as a buying and selling agent. After nearly half a year of 'do it ourselves' and little success, we decided to change course and hire a real estate agent. We remembered a pleasant viewing from the previous year where we had contacted Klaas van Namaco. After some research, we found that they received good reviews from others, making them our first choice. We were able to meet shortly after to discuss our wishes and mutual expectations and were given access to a website (unlike Funda) where we could list all of our wants and needs. This greatly helped us gain insight into our requirements and preferences, allowing us to efficiently filter through all the offered houses. Half a year later, we became proud owners of our own home. Namaco assisted us throughout the purchase process, making it quite easy for us. This was very nice since everything was new to us and we had many questions. Additionally, we found the mutual contacts very pleasant, partly due to their pragmatic and fair approach. In our opinion, Namaco is definitely recommended!

As starters, we had no idea what to pay attention to and had many questions about the entire process. Namaco was fantastic and helped us very well! Klaas joined us on several viewings at short notice and was always honest. Both Klaas and Larissa thought along with us and were readily available for all our questions. They kept a close eye on everything. Really top-notch! The transfer will take place next month. We have no doubt that Namaco will continue to support us well.

We find the purchase of a house to be a very complicated process. We have had a very good experience with one of Namaco's real estate agents (K vd Ark). He has done a lot of work, even unsolicited, and was always very careful in the communication. That inspires trust and is really nice when you take such a big step. Namaco: highly recommended!
