I would recommend Namaco to everyone. Personally, I was helped by Kjeld, Klaas, Larissa, and Marit, and all of them were quick and easy to reach, competent, and always clear and friendly. In a housing market that I initially looked at with suspicion, they brought me from acquaintance to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! Klaas's mortgage advice is also worth mentioning. He calmly takes you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when necessary. Throughout the entire process, it was always clear to me what I had to do myself, and what Klaas took care of for me. In summary, top-notch company. Highly recommended.

I have experienced the Namaco employees as competent, well-reachable, and with good and friendly communication. My apartment was sold quickly. They also offer a good price-quality ratio. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Satisfied with the service provided by Namaco overall. As newcomers, we were reasonably well-guided through the process and already had a house on offer after one viewing. However, I did not always experience the contact as very personal. During the final inspection of the house, the Namaco buyer's agent asked if his client (me) was there, while I was standing next to him and had just been talking to him - it can happen naturally, but it is not particularly personal. Furthermore, after the final inspection, the buyer's agent did not accompany us to the notary for the transfer (because he did not have time for it). I do not know how common this is nowadays, but the notary found it rather strange.

Despite the good review for reachability and communication, the information provision was sometimes a bit sparse. More initiative from them would have been appreciated. Expertise was not lacking. We are satisfied with the negotiation result. The price/quality ratio is debatable, but we signed up for it.

Het contact met onze makelaar verliep zeer persoonlijk en professioneel. Het is niet makkelijk om in deze tijd een huis te vinden dat voldoet aan al je eisen zonder dat je een ton moet overbieden. Na vele bezichtigingen hebben we eindelijk het huis gevonden dat perfect bij ons past. Door een goed bod te bespreken hebben we het huis ook nog eens gekregen. Dit was zeker niet gelukt zonder Klaas en alle andere werknemers van Namaco! Ik kan me geen aspect bedenken wat beter had gekund. Super bedankt allemaal!!

Contact with our real estate agent was very personal and professional. It is not easy in these times to find a house that meets all your requirements without having to overbid. After many viewings, we finally found the house that perfectly suits us. By negotiating a good offer, we even got the house. This would certainly not have been possible without Klaas and all other employees of Namaco! I cannot think of any aspect that could have been better.
