Goed en snel contact. Kordate aanpak. Zeer goede terugkoppeling en beantwoording van vragen.Dat dit vak met minimaal 1000 tekens ingevuld moet worden is onzinnig en ronduit irritant. Voldoende om de beoordeling een eventuele volgende keer niet meer te doen.
