Bram is a jovial man (and his assistant is very nice), and the initial contact was indeed pleasant. However, in retrospect, the communication could certainly have been better. Both when entering the market and during negotiations, things went somewhat awry. For instance, we suddenly had to fill out the questionnaire in the last (extremely stressful) week, and we even appeared online with the wrong energy label; something that was completely unnecessary. We did express this (after several sleepless nights), but it is not what we expected when we, for the first time, handed over the sale of our home to a professional.

Bram has a lot of knowledge about the market in Nijmegen and came well-prepared for our first meeting at home. The viewings went smoothly, and our house was sold quickly. I think this is definitely due to Bram's expertise and skill! His colleague Claudia was always available for questions and remarks, and she informed us directly when there were developments.
