You only really know what you have in an agent when things don't go as planned. This happened, and our agent Martijn handled it flawlessly and resolved it to our satisfaction. Nice agent. Pleasant contact. Switches quickly and adapts flexibly. Really felt like he was working for us and wanted the best.

The worst real estate agent in all of the Netherlands. They only arranged one viewing and tried to sell my house for a much too low price. Despite stopping our cooperation due to their inadequate and ineffective approach, I still had to pay all costs. They delivered absolutely no results. A disaster and pure deception. Absolutely not recommended! You are bold. Not only did you mislead me, but you continue to argue. The real estate agent arrived late for the viewing of my house. In seven weeks it was impossible for you to arrange a second viewing – despite repeated requests. The photographer was also promised on a sunny day, but that didn't happen. You have deceived us. The photographer came on an overcast day, resulting in unfavorable photos for us. You still have much to learn, as you only have one year of experience. Show more respect for the customer. I am stating my opinion here, this is not a discussion forum.
