Een makelaar die aandacht voor je als verkoper heeft en goed luistert wat jouw idee zijn. Begeleid het gehele proces netjes en houd je goed op de hoogte wanneer er kijkers komen en geeft naderhand toelichting wat de reactie van de kijkers was. Geen groepsbezichtiginfen maar alle kijkers de aandacht geven waardoor er ook goede biedingen werden gedaan. Kortom een makelaar welke ik van harte aan beveel. Mvg fons

The sale of our home through Hoomz went so quickly. Coen had already sold our house before even putting a for-sale sign up. And also for a very good price. The service and communication was also truly an example of how it should be as an estate agent. Highly recommended!

Meest schandalige makelaar ooit. ‘s ochtends gebeld worden dat we de woning hebben voor het bod wat we hebben gedaan. Biedingen moesten al binnen zijn. S’avonds gebeld worden dat ze toch een hoger bod binnen hebben en wij dat bod mogen evenaren. Pure oplichterij. Pas op voor de trucjes van deze oplichters !!! (N.a.v. de reactie van de eigenaar) Vandaag heeft mijn vrouw nogmaals gebeld naar de makelaar of ze nog een bod kon doen. Ruim anderhalve week nadat de bieding dus binnen moesten zijn. Er werd nog steeds doodleuk aan mijn vrouw gezegd dat ze nog steeds een bod kon doen. Dus pas op mensen als je via deze makelaar een bod doet is hun “ woord “ niks waard. Ze spelen je uit en proberen tot het laatste moment bij andere partijen steeds een hoger bod binnen te hengelen. Zijn ook niet aangesloten bij NVM. Kortom pas op met deze cowboys !
