Makelaar leek in het begin professioneel en enthousiast. Helaas het tegenovergestelde gebleken. Vanaf de toezegging werden afspraken niet nagekomen, traag gewerkt, op onprofessionele wijze een koopcontract samengesteld en de afhandeling verliep niet netjes. Om bovenstaande redenen zullen wij makelaar niet aanbevelen.

The contact with the real estate agent was very pleasant. Messaging, calling, and emailing. Everything went extremely smoothly. Tom absolutely does not have a 9/17 mentality and is incredibly reachable. He also keeps all his appointments neatly. He has many connections in the local area here. My house was sold within one week. Absolutely wonderful!

Ik heb Tom leren kennen als een warm persoon. Tom is open, eerlijk, en super vriendelijke man. - Verantwoordelijkheid neemt hij direct, alle zorgen en lasten zijn bij jou weg. - Verwachtingen heeft Tom van jou maar jij ook van hem, dit is echt een goede makelaar, die "down te earth" is. Communiceert via whatsapp, mail, facebook alles wat je kunt bedenken. -Vertrouwen in deze man kun je gerust hebben, een echte familie man die in 1 gesprek precies weet wat jij wilt en het ook nog zo gaat uitvoeren (zelfs op zijn eigen vakantiestekje) Kies voor Dichtbij, dan krijg je wat je wilt, iemand die echt dichtbij jou staat en altijd er voor jou is

Fijne makelaar. Communicatie verloopt voornamelijk via whatsapp wat erg snel en prettig is. Natuurlijk is Tom ook telefonisch bereikbaar. Met vragen kan je zeker bij hem terecht. Hij geeft zo snel mogelijk antwoord. Ben je opzoek naar een makelaar die dichtbij je staat, kies dan voor Dichtbij vastgoed..
