Her contribution to this process I have experienced as very valuable. She listens carefully to the wishes of the customer, gives good advice, is proactive, and is highly skilled in her field. I found it particularly pleasant that Wendy is always easily reachable (even during her vacation). If I need a real estate agent in the future, I am sure I will contact Wendy again.
