Wendy immediately won me over. No nonsense about megaprofits but just an honest story and clear service. She stood out from the rest by really taking her time with you and placing a good story why people should buy my house. Among other things, she made an amazing blog of my home, as if it could be broadcast on TV such was the quality production. It's almost a pity that it was only needed for such a short period of time. Because within 2 weeks and one viewing round, the house was already sold. With clear explanations about the pros and cons of offers, we decided to go with the most suitable offer and it worked out. Meanwhile, after a tight two months, we are already among the moving boxes and can start packing everything up. From the very beginning, Wendy exceeded all our expectations. She was very helpful and advised us on the best marketing strategy to sell our house. She also challenged us in our thinking when we proposed to do things 'the wrong way,' which we really appreciated. The features of her marketing package were excellent and unmatched by other agencies - she arranged a vlog video, drone flyover, 3D virtual tour, and excellent photography. We had direct access to Wendy via WhatsApp before, during, and after the sale, and she was/is very responsive. She even remembered our birthday and sent us a sweet note - nice touch. Due to her personal approach and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcome, we felt that we were in the hands of a friend whom we could trust.
