In the notorious overheated housing market of 2022 with absurdly high selling prices, Wendy assisted me in purchasing our home. Without her mediation, this would simply not have been possible. Her strong points: easy to reach throughout the entire process, calming, providing honest advice, no endless stories but just to the point, involved, a lot of knowledge/skill through years of experience, and also some healthy humor.

Wendy kent de huizen markt in Almere door en door wat heel fijn is. Met de taxatie en de verkoop van mijn huis was dit ideaal. Ze is goed bereikbaar en reageert anders heel snel mocht het niet het geval zijn. Ze luistert goed naar je wensen en je verwachtingen. Ze geeft duidelijk aan wat wel of niet haalbaar is met betrekking tot de verkoop van je huis. Ze denkt in mogelijkheden en is erg betrokken. Ze is een enthousiaste makelaar met een positieve instelling die ook van een grapje houdt. Kortom, ik was erg blij met haar als taxateur en makelaar. Wendy, bedankt voor de goede zorgen!
