Through Makelaardij Van der Linden in Almere, we purchased our first home. We were very satisfied with the handling and contact. However, after the sale was completed, the person involved showed a different side of themselves. After the purchase, we still had some questions regarding dimensions, but did not know whom to approach (given that this is our first home purchase). After sending several messages, I received a brief and unhelpful call back. Additionally, we were told we needed to contact the relevant construction company. She said she would look into it further, but we never heard from her again. After waiting for a week, I called Van der Linden's office and asked them to have the person in question respond to my query. As you might guess... no response ever came. It is very disappointing that Van der Linden does everything they can to 'get the catch' and once they have it, they do not want to spend any more time on you. This has left us with a bitter aftertaste.

We hopen dat u ons alsnog een kans geeft om u hiermee verder te helpen, zodat u een goed gevoel aan de aankoop van uw eerste woning overhoudt.
