Real estate agency Van der Linden is the agent for my selling party. During the viewing, the agent arrived more than 10 minutes late for the appointment and it turned out that the agent herself knew little about the property. Leak spots were denied, but the agent reported them as glue spots. Of course, they turned out to be leak spots anyway. That the shower could not be used due to a poor connection was concealed by the agent. This only became clear when the seller was asked again. The viewing was wrapped up within a quarter of an hour, longer looking around was not possible. The necessary forms and information for the purchase were not sent. The day before the signing appointment, I had to call myself to find out at which address I needed to be present. For this, I had to call three times and wait 10 minutes each time. Later it turned out that the real estate agency had problems with their telephone connections. Also, at the signing appointment, the person who was supposed to read out the deed on behalf of the real estate agency arrived late. Also, this person was not well prepared. Parts were missing. In short, I would certainly not choose this real estate agency myself.
