Worse than bad! At the moment you are rejected for housing due to a credit check for which no precise permission was ever requested. It turns out this is about matters that were positively resolved years ago. Even if you want to come with additional supporting documents, it makes no difference. You can file an objection, and you may do so, but the house has already been quietly allocated to the next person. SO IT HAS NO USE WHATSOEVER! Worthless. I am very curious what the lawyer, ombudsman & RADAR think of this.
