The most horrific property management office you could wish for. Service is 0, friendliness is 0 and helpfulness is non-existent. Submitted requests take months before they are resolved. VDL is never at fault; everything lies either with the tenant or the maintenance party. Furthermore, complaints from residents are typically not answered on time, denied, or countered with vague arguments so that nothing changes in the end and problems persist. VDL takes your responsibility and control into their hands! In short, think twice before renting through them.
