Even before we started the sales process, Martijn was very kind and helped us with great patience until we actually began the sale. The sales period was not stressful at all thanks to Martijn and the backoffice that guided us and gave us a lot of confidence, even afterwards. Claudia informed us about everything and explained every step, taking care of the details to make the process run as smoothly as possible. It really was a wonderful experience working with those people.

Van der Linden in Almere had een hele persoonlijke benadering en begeleiding bij de verkoop van mijn woning en er werd rekening gehouden met mijn specifieke wensen. Er werd meegedacht met de opties en mogelijkheden en ik werd daarover regelmatig voortreffelijk op de hoogte gehouden. Ondanks dat het verkopen (of kopen) van een huis toch vooral een zakelijke transactie is, vond ik dat de menselijke kant door deze makelaar geen moment uit het oog verloren werd. Een aanrader dus!

Very nice: first there was a non-binding informative contact. Then, after applying the handy tips, everything went at a very smooth pace, taking into account my working hours and days when I was not at home. I was professionally and quickly kept up to date and it resulted in a beautiful price.
