We had requested a viewing and informed our mortgage advisor about it. He advised us to bring an estate agent along, which is why Monique was present at the viewing. What turned out? It was absolutely great! Monique asked incredibly many questions about the house and the neighborhood that we ourselves had never thought of. In addition, Monique knew exactly what she wanted to look for in the house so that we wouldn't be surprised if we were to buy this property. The house we viewed with Monique is now our own home. The entire bidding process was organized by Monique for us. Moreover, although we did not have the highest offer, thanks to Monique, we had the most reliable one. What's great about Monique, besides her knowledge, is her dedication to the buyer. She thinks along with you, is flexible, friendly and easily reachable. Monique, thank you very much for everything!
