Monique is a true professional. She knows exactly how to find out what the customer wants and also what the customer definitely does not want. Communication with her is very pleasant; she is easily reachable every day. I had a lot of contact via WhatsApp, which works perfectly for me given my busy life, even in the evenings and on weekends. Monique has an excellent network and knows many real estate agents in Alphen and the surrounding area. This greatly helps with contacts as well as negotiations. She found the perfect home for me by using her network. I can wholeheartedly recommend Monique. A true professional with a lot of knowledge about the market, technical knowledge about houses, pitfalls when buying, excellent negotiation skills, and very skilled in communication.
