Monique helped us with the purchase of the house we had our eye on. We were a bit late in involving her, but she was fortunately able to step in right away. She provided valuable input during the viewing and took into account our financial situation as well as the renovation and construction costs to make a realistic offer that we would not later regret. She also quickly arranged for us a good building expert and appraiser, was always ready with good advice, and was resolute in drafting the purchase agreement. Monique also knew a lot about Alphen, the specific neighborhood, and could tell us about comparable houses.
