Working with Monique was great! We called her at the last moment on the day of the viewing because we still wanted to see it with a real estate agent. She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join us for the viewing. It was wonderful to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. Monique guides you through the entire process and gives you daily tips and to-dos via the app. I am sure that without her we would not have won the bid and would not have our dream home like we do now. Super fun spontaneous top lady who is very professional. Highly recommended!
