We tried it ourselves for a long time, but eventually decided to hire a purchasing agent. And we have never regretted that decision. It was almost immediate success. Monique guided us very proactively and smoothly through the purchasing process. She is always reachable, pleasant to deal with, extremely careful and helpful, in short, highly recommended!

It was thanks to Monique that we managed to acquire a house during the peak of the housing frenzy in relatively short time. On the third house we made an offer on, it worked out. Monique helped us make a sharp offer and after accepting this, she took care of the further processing of the purchase, which also involves its fair share of details. What we appreciated is that at any moment of the day we could seek contact for questions or to discuss matters. This way we did not have to linger with uncertainties for long. Monique gives you the feeling of being heard and likes to think along.

Monique is een geweldige, enthousiaste, doortastende aankoopmakelaar. Ze luistert goed naar eventuele wensen, komt met goede suggesties, kijkt bij bezichtigingen kritisch naar alle mogelijke plus- en minpunten en eventuele gebreken van een huis en is (bijna) 24 uur per dag beschikbaar voor vragen en/of overleg. We zijn superblij met het huis, wat we dankzij de hulp van Monique, hebben kunnen kopen. Zonder haar was het ons niet gelukt.
