Nadat ik zonder succes huis nummer zoveel bezichtigd had, besloten om een aankoopmakelaar te gaan zoeken. Via via werd zij mij aangeraden, omdat zij volgens de aanbevelende zo bij mijn persoonlijkheid zou passen. Wat een fantastisch advies! De aankoopmakelaar is doortastend, Non-nonsens en ook in weekenden en vakanties staat ze klaar als dat nodig Is. Na huis nummer 3 met haar te hebben bezichtigd kwam midden in haar vakantie een huis langs die ik moest hebben! Ze regelde het, buiten funda om nog voordat het huis echt op de markt kwam. Ze heeft in alphen een heel goed netwerk dat kwam zeker van pas! Heerlijk om mee te sparren en samen mee op te trekken. Fijne open persoonlijkheid en enthousiasme gecombineerd met diepgaande kennis van de markt, de staat van woningen en specifieke zaken van bepaalde buurten/wijken/blokken. Zelfs ik, een enorme controlfreak met mijn eigen relaties met de verschillende lokale makelaars, ben super blij dat zij het over heeft genomen! Wat een topper!

Our first conversation with Monique could be quickly scheduled and went well. Monique quickly understood our wishes and requirements. It was great that she could provide a realistic picture of the market, allowing us to initially focus 100% on our dream home. A week after meeting her, even before signing a contract with Monique, she had already presented us with a property that perfectly matched our desires. Ultimately, we received the keys to this property about 2.5 months after our initial contact with Monique. Happy customers indeed!

De makelaar heeft ons zeer goed geholpen bij de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis. Ze hield het hoofd (en ons) koel ondanks lastige onderhandelingen. Goed geadviseerd over het aankopen van een monumentaal pand en de technische keuring. Je merkt dat de makelaar veel ervaring en kennis heeft. Snelle communicatie en persoonlijk betrokken.
