Are you looking for a real estate agent? Then I can definitely recommend Monique Wolvers to you. Finding and buying a house is certainly not easy these days, but then you have Monique. Monique thinks along with you, stays on top of things, and is always positive even when you feel like giving up yourself, whether that's in the evening or on weekends, she is always there for you. Without her, I would never have found my dream house! Thank you again!

Als je persoonlijke begeleiding zoekt (i.p.v. een groot, anoniem makelaarskantoor), iemand die ook buiten werktijden bereikbaar is, zich echt voor je inzet en met plezier het werk doet, dan.... moet je bij Monique zijn! 'k Ben een redelijke nerd en denk dus vaak het zelf wel te kunnen (zelfs een huis kopen), maar in dit geval hééél blij met haar professionele hulp.

Thanks to Monique, we were able to buy our dream home. The contact was very pleasant and personal from the first moment on. Monique is a true professional. During the viewing, bidding, checking of the purchase agreement, and final inspection, she thought of everything. Even when something still had to be arranged during the final inspection, she immediately took care of it. Vorig jaar (2021) heb ik een stuk of 5-10 pogingen gedaan om een huis aan te kopen via een ANDERE aankoopmakelaar, dat lukte allemaal maar niet... de interactie met die makelaar was ook behoorlijk afstandelijk en ik kreeg eigenlijk helemaal geen ondersteuning en advies. Na maanden van proberen had ik het opgegeven.Begin dit jaar(2022) toch nog maar een poging gewaagd, ditmaal via Monique Wolvers. Wat een verademing was dat zeg! Monique is zelf al gewoon een super tof mens, lekker enthousiast, meelevend en binnen haar vakgebied heeft ze duidelijk veel kennis en ervaring en ook veel contacten binnen de markt! Dankzij haar was mijn eerste poging op een huis in één keer raak! Moet je je dat voorstellen in deze tijden! Monique hartstikke bedankt! Ik kan haar ten zeerste aanbevelen!
