We have already used the services of Sjoerd several times, both as a selling and buying broker. Sjoerd is an excellent broker, pleasant to deal with, and has an enormous amount of ready knowledge. He successfully sold two houses for us. Even when purchasing our most recent home, he was invaluable. He accompanied us multiple times during viewings of potential homes and always provided a professional assessment. He is able to flawlessly identify both the strengths and weaknesses of a house. During sometimes difficult price negotiations, Sjoerd offers excellent advice and shows that he knows how things work in the market. We have no plans to move again, but if it ever comes to that, we will definitely use Vlaming Makelaardij again.
