It is very valuable to have someone with you during a viewing who knows what they are talking about. Someone who can ask the questions that you think of later 'oh yes, I did want to know that'. Both Sjoerd and Willeke know the types of houses and what is important in them. The guidance and help with further purchase is also very pleasant and valuable.
