We have bought our first home together with Flemish Real Estate Broker Makerlaardij. Buying a house can be very enjoyable, but it can also bring some extra pressure or stress. However, with Makerlaardij we experienced little of the latter. The service was extremely smooth, the staff friendly and helpful. After an enjoyable intake meeting with Willeke, Sjoerd continued to assist us. We were well advised in all aspects and cooperation was very pleasant. We have been enjoying our new home for 3 months now and there has not been a single moment of regret. We are enormously grateful that we were helped to make the best decision of our lives.

We asked Vlaming Makelaardij to help us find our dream apartment in Amersfoort, and that is exactly what they did. Sjoerd and Willeke were very good during the house viewings, always critical and knew quickly whether something was a good fit or not. We asked them many questions over the phone or by email, and Timo was always reachable and responded promptly with clear answers. We do not come from Amersfoort, so we needed a good real estate agent to help us in our search. A good friend recommended Vlaming Makelaardij, and rightly so. Buying a house can feel very overwhelming, especially when you hear about all the things involved. Vlaming Estate Agents have helped us immensely. They are there for you, guide you step by step through the process, and actively think along with you.
