Een huis kopen doe je niet vaak in je leven, ik heb daar zelf weinig ervaring mee en expertise in. Het was daarom fijn om tijdens allerlei bezichtigingen en de uiteindelijke aankoop steeds te kunnen rekenen op de kennis van zaken van Sjoerd, Timo en Willeke. Ik ben heel blij met het huis dat ik met hun hulp heb kunnen kopen en de manier waarop ze voor mij onderhandeld hebben. Sjoerd zag dingen die ik zelf onmogelijk had kunnen zien en heeft verbetervoorstellen gedaan, die allemaal zijn uitgevoerd. Uiteindelijk heb ik dankzij Vlaming Makelaardij het huis gekregen voor een bedrag lager dan de vraagprijs. Ik heb het meedenken, het meerekenen, de vriendelijkheid en de deskundigheid van Sjoerd, Timo en Willeke in alle stappen van het aankoopproces ontzettend gewaardeerd.
