For the purchase of my first home, I sought a purchasing agent to protect me and provide expert advice. I met with several agents, and ultimately chose Vlaming because of their realistic approach (not telling you what they think you want to hear, but rather how it is). I am extremely happy with this choice. They responded quickly, thought along well, and provided answers to every question within a very short time frame. They also considered the entire process from A to Z (from searching to signing at the notary), and regularly checked in to ensure that everything was on track with the financing. Personally, I found their input regarding a realistic offer and their knowledge of the housing complex and seller to be particularly valuable. And for some lucky ones, it worked out perfectly on the first try. I would definitely recommend Vlaming to others.
