For the purchase of my first home, I sought a purchasing agent to protect me and provide expert advice. I met with several agents, and ultimately chose Vlaming because of their realistic approach (not telling you what they think you want to hear, but rather how it is). I am extremely happy with this choice. They responded quickly, thought along well, and provided answers to every question within a very short time frame. They also considered the entire process from A to Z (from searching to signing at the notary), and regularly checked in to ensure that everything was on track with the financing. Personally, I found their input regarding a realistic offer and their knowledge of the housing complex and seller to be particularly valuable. And for some lucky ones, it worked out perfectly on the first try. I would definitely recommend Vlaming to others.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Vlaming Makelaardij. From the first contact moment until after the sale, we have only experienced good service from all employees. We would like to especially thank Sjoerd, who had the intake conversation with us and also conducted the viewings. Also to Timo, who answered all of our questions via email and phone always quickly and clearly from their office. Before the sale, we were excellently guided, among other things in styling our apartment and filling out all necessary forms. During the sales process, Sjoerd kept us well informed about the progress. And after the sale they remained good to reach for any questions.
