Gisteren een bezichtiging gehad een op een mooi huis via Vlaming Makelaardij. Helaas was het huis niet voor ons maar hebben de afspraak als heel prettig ervaren. Geen snelle praatjes, nuchter, vriendelijk en transparant.

Duidelijke communicatie over het verkoopproces, de te nemen stappen in het gehele proces. Ook altijd vrij vlot bereikbaar bij tussentijdse vragen. Ook duidelijk en helder advies wanneer het even tegen zat op moment van tussentijdse schade aan de woning en hoe hiermee om te gaan in het verkoopproces.Ook heldere en duidelijke communicatie richting potentiele kopers over het buurpand, waarbij de evt nadelen van het buurpand niet groot gemaakt werden, maar met een nuchter realistisch verhaal neergezet werd en met enthousiasme over de eigen woning neergezet werd.Alle collega's van het kantoor prettig in de omgang.Dank voor de begeleiding!
