Pleasant contact not only with the real estate agent but also with the office staff. Everyone shows involvement. During the initial meeting, we were listened to well and it wasn't just a sales pitch. What we also found pleasant was that we could agree on a fixed fee for guidance during the purchase instead of a percentage.
