The real estate agent fully understood the purpose of our purchase and was able to convey this well after each viewing with concise feedback to us. Of course, the final decision was up to us. In addition, they provided good insight each time regarding the renovation / expansion possibilities and requirements. When purchasing a house, most of the work was on their side with continuous feedback on the status and our chances during the bidding process. Successful purchase and that under the amount we had available for the purchase. For a next sale/purchase I would like to work with this real estate agent again.

Verkoopprijs en verkooptermijn werden goed ingeschat. Beloftes werden nagekomen en nieuwe ontwikkelingen werden ons steeds ter kennis gebracht. Goede kennis van de locatie en de lokale markt.
