Excellent contact with this very accessible and low-threshold office! Great expertise! ALL staff at this office are friendly and helpful. When you enter it feels like 'a big family'. When I was having trouble finalizing my energy label, I came by and was patiently helped. I've done quite a few viewings and after 9 months it suddenly worked out, everyone was happy about that. Also smooth when signing deeds at the notary etc.

We are very disappointed with the handling of the sale of our house by real estate agent Voorma & Millenaar. After a referral from friends, we started working with this agent. From the start, the agent gave us the impression that they were more concerned with their own earnings than with our interests. Waiting two and a half weeks for an email response, waiting to be called after viewings so that we could get back to work, are just some of the details from which the above became clear. Informing potential buyers about the 20 solar panels only when discussing the list of fixtures? When the house was handed over, the buyers found out there was floor heating on the ground floor! Constantly feeling like we and the house didn't matter. After a few weeks, we indicated that we wanted to take the house off the market (among other things by lodging complaints with the real estate agency), but the agent pleaded against it. And in the end, the house was sold anyway. We wish the buyers well with the house, but not the agent's mediation. We still have a house in Amstelveen. If we were to sell that one, we certainly wouldn't use Voorma & Millenaar for mediation.

De aankoopmakelaar is goed geïnformeerd en het resultaat was een soepele koopakte waarin de afspraken goed op papier zijn gezet. De prijs die wij voor uw woning hebben gemaakt is nog nooit gemaakt voor dit woningtype in deze buurt. Een prachtig resultaat waar wij ons vol voor hebben ingezet. Wij hopen van harte dat u in Friesland snel uw draai kunt vinden en vooral kunt gaan genieten! Team Voorma Millenaar"
