After 14 months of dealing with a first realtor, we decided it was time for a change. The representative from Millenaar turned out to be willing to call the other realtor and they decided to share a higher commission in an attempt to make a sale together. Within three days after this meeting, the first realtor came back with an offer that would have sold the house months earlier if he had convinced us of it sooner. A true seller's market..
