I am happy with the service provided. It's not the real estate agent's fault when the real estate market is bad, but I still feel that I got the most out of it. Additionally: the office manager is very good. She is polite, friendly, attentive to all emails, very responsive and takes care of pretty much everything. Overall a good experience!

They take all worries out of your hands, but also give plenty of space for your own wishes. For example, requests for photos, a sales brochure, and viewing times. The realtor knew the market well and realized there would be a lot of interest. He suggested bundling the first viewings, which worked very nicely in terms of cleaning and scheduling. All paperwork was further neatly and quickly arranged. The price-quality ratio is excellent compared to other parties.

Pleasant contact not only with the real estate agent but also with the office staff. Everyone shows involvement. During the initial meeting, we were listened to well and it wasn't just a sales pitch. What we also found pleasant was that we could agree on a fixed fee for guidance during the purchase instead of a percentage. Furthermore, there was a thorough examination of the value of the houses, and we find that good advice is given for both purchases and sales..
