The entire sales process was quick and properly conducted with a result as agreed upon. The estimated selling price was good, communication through the agency was good. No fuss, just do things as normally and simply as possible. The choice of agency was made based on a good experience from the past, the purchase of Oosterhoutlaan 28 in 1994.
