Dimitri Lankhorst came up with the most comprehensive and clear proposal along with a sharp commission rate. From our first contact to signing at the notary, Dimi helped me throughout the entire process. Not being resident in the Netherlands anymore, I had full confidence in letting Dimitri handle the sale of my apartment. Additionally, I always felt free to ask anything, and Dimi would take the time to explain everything thoroughly if necessary. It's clear that Dimitri has a lot of experience with the market, despite it undergoing changes at the time of the sale. As soon as the property was listed on Funda, Dimi kept me accurately informed about progress, reactions, and viewings. To top it all off, my house sold for a beautiful price to a very nice lady.
