The contact with Dimitri (Lankhorst) was very positive. Dimitri was extremely reachable (always responsive and quick to react), which led to good communication. This often reassured us during the purchase process and allowed for swift action and viewings. His expertise gave us confidence to make the right decision and assess the apartment at its proper value. Additionally, Dimitri was always punctual for our appointments and usually present for the viewings (if he couldn't be there, he made sure to visit another time himself), and he always came by bike. We greatly appreciate all of this! The negotiations generally went smoothly as well, resulting in a positive outcome.
