Dimitri Lankhorst provided us with an indispensable source of information about the real estate market in the Netherlands, all procedures and rules. He helped us find and view apartments, and most importantly, he always advised us on the quality, location, and layout of the apartments. He is a very reliable and involved person. When I started looking for an apartment, I did not expect such fantastic work from a real estate agent.

The contact with Dimitri (Lankhorst) was very positive. Dimitri was extremely reachable (always responsive and quick to react), which led to good communication. This often reassured us during the purchase process and allowed for swift action and viewings. His expertise gave us confidence to make the right decision and assess the apartment at its proper value. Additionally, Dimitri was always punctual for our appointments and usually present for the viewings (if he couldn't be there, he made sure to visit another time himself), and he always came by bike. We greatly appreciate all of this! The negotiations generally went smoothly as well, resulting in a positive outcome.
