Before putting my apartment up for sale, I contacted 3 real estate agents who presented me with a sales proposal. Dimitri Lankhorst came up with the most comprehensive and clear proposal along with a sharp commission rate. From our first contact to signing at the notary, Dimi helped me throughout the entire process. Not being resident in the Netherlands anymore, I had full confidence in letting Dimitri handle the sale of my apartment. Additionally, I always felt free to ask anything, and Dimi would take the time to explain everything thoroughly if necessary. It's clear that Dimitri has a lot of experience with the market, despite it undergoing changes at the time of the sale. As soon as the property was listed on Funda, Dimi kept me accurately informed about progress, reactions, and viewings. To top it all off, my house sold for a beautiful price to a very nice lady. Ze hebben me in elke fase van het proces bijgestaan en hebben gedurende het hele proces een open en boeiend gesprek gevoerd. Dit omvatte (maar was niet beperkt tot): het informeren over specifieke situaties met betrekking tot bepaalde panden, een grondige beoordeling van documenten om de complexiteit te achterhalen en verwijzingen/aantekeningen naar diensten die ik nodig had om mijn aankoopervaring zo efficiënt en stressvrij mogelijk te maken. Ik zou dit kantoor aan iedereen aanbevelen die op zoek is naar een woning.

De samenwerking met Dimitri verliep fantastisch. Hoe verliep onze samenwerking? Ik heb zelf verschillende appartementen bezocht en contact met hem opgenomen voor de appartementen waarop ik wilde bieden of waar ik een second opinion over wilde. Hij was erg reactief en onderhandelde over de prijs van het appartement dat ik kocht. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een appartement dat precies aan al mijn criteria voldeed.
