Vincent planned viewings for us and accompanied us on a second visit upon request to provide his expert and neutral opinion on the property. We were also well advised during the tendering process and final acceptance of the offer. The assistance in planning the valuation, technical inspection, and preliminary purchase agreement was experienced as very pleasant! Dhr. Lankhorst hielp me bij het vinden van een appartement (vanuit de koperskant) in een zeer moeilijke Nederlandse markt. Desondanks werkte dhr. Lankhorst ijverig en geduldig om alles voor elkaar te krijgen. Zijn ervaring en expertise waren overduidelijk bij elke stap. Wat me het meest onder de indruk bracht, was de zorg die hij niet alleen aan de dag legde om het appartement te vinden dat het beste bij me paste, maar ook om de juiste keuzes te maken. De compensatie voelde nooit als een prioriteit, maar eerder als zorg, toewijding en geduld. Uitstekend werk en een echte aanrader!!!
