Vincent honestly tells you what you can expect within your budget and is not afraid to advise against a specific property if he thinks it will not meet your needs. Overall, we are very satisfied with the mediation of Lankhorst Real Estate and Vincent in particular.

For a period of half a year, Vincent van Lankhorst Real Estate guided us through the process of our search for a home, with success! Vincent planned viewings for us and accompanied us on a second visit upon request to provide his expert and neutral opinion on the property. We were also well advised during the tendering process and final acceptance of the offer. The assistance in planning the valuation, technical inspection, and preliminary purchase agreement was experienced as very pleasant! It's great to have someone who knows what needs to be arranged quickly and helps with it! We are very satisfied with Vincent and Lankhorst Real Estate as our purchasing agent!

Mr. Lankhorst helped me to find an apartment (from buyers side) in a very difficult Dutch market. Nonetheless, Mr. Lankhorst worked diligently and patiently to make things happen. His experience and expertise was obvious every step of the way. What I was impressed the most was the care he showed not only for me to find the apartment that fit me the most but also to make the right choices along the way. The compensation never felt like a priority but rather care, dedication and patience. Excellent job and highly recommended!!!
