Prestige Housing knows the Amsterdam rental market and has contacts with companies where expats work. I had my apartment listed for rent with an agent for a month but it did not get rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos and wrote another description. Within a few days, I had three viewings and within a week, it was rented out. Clear pricing agreements. Highly recommended.
