Had a very nice man over for photos, and in terms of picture quality, beautiful pictures were taken. Unfortunately, it was a pity that he did not bother to move some distracting details out of the way (which we offered to do ourselves) for better photos. For example, a large trampoline that we would have gladly moved aside for better visibility.

We hebben geen goede ervaring gemaakt. De vakantiewoning die we hebben laten fotograferen heeft een fantastisch uitzicht over het water, helaas heeft de fotograaf niet de moeite genomen om de gordijnen wat verder open te doen (die vanwege zon/afwezigheid iets of wat dichtgeschoven waren). De meeste foto's waren nogal overbelicht en plat. Er waren fotos bij met een schuine horizon en er was niet nagedacht over de hoek van waaruit het object het beste in beeld kwam. Met Photoshop zijn er blauwe luchten ingezet, wat op zich ok kan zijn, maar dezelfde lucht-foto is op verschillende foto's ingezet! We hadden 2 foto's (daglicht) waar gewoon een avondlucht ingezet worden is, de schaduwen van de tuinmeubelen waren nog steeds zichtbaar! Later zag ik dat ze dezelfde avondlucht gebruikten voor verschillende woningen van de makelaar! Ik moest diverse foto's verwijderen. Jammer, dat er niet iets meer aandacht aan detail wordt gegeven.

We did not find this to be a good situation. We were fully prepared, but the photographer was in a huge hurry. Within 45 minutes he had finished everything, and it went quite stressed out. Photographing and measuring within such a short time. No form of styling, thinking, discussing, I can style myself but the communication was simply terrible. The photos unfortunately were not very good, the kitchen had an open drawer (which I had to remake in consultation with the real estate agent), a curtain hung oddly/sloppily in the living room, the bathroom looks quite dark and unattractive in terms of color (the bathroom is definitely not like that!), and in one bedroom (office) there was a strange green stain. The second bedroom seems extremely small, while it's actually over 7 meters! Very odd and we unfortunately have to deal with this because of time pressure. We don't know how this will turn out. Many photos have a rather bleak atmosphere, it was raining a bit (which can happen) but in combination with blue skies it looks quite strange. Apart from the photos, we didn't get anything else. No drone footage, no video, no 360-degree photos. Quite unusual. We therefore also don't understand what is meant by 'presentation', since only some photos were taken. We communicated this of course with the real estate agent, but unfortunately have to deal with it due to time constraints. So unfortunately we couldn't do it again. And further, we totally don't understand what we could expect and are quite disappointed.

De fotorapportage ten behoeve van de verkoop van onze woning is door Proland met veel vakmanschap en aandacht uitgevoerd. We zijn zeer tevreden met het resultaat.
