Great real estate agent! We sold our family home under special circumstances. This realtor (Ms. Krop) was already thinking along with us before we even gave her the mandate. She kept in touch with us, even when we still hadn't given her the mandate during the first outbreak of Corona. She advised a realistic selling price. When our house went on sale, she was proactive and very effective. Within no time, the photographer had been arranged and our home was listed on Funda with a beautiful video. The bidding process - with many viewings in a short period of time - proceeded extremely organized. The support from the office was also friendly and competent. The buyer's notary completed the paperwork (mandatory in Amsterdam, we understood). We ourselves had no experience selling houses and found it very pleasant that Ms. Krop was always quickly reachable throughout the entire process for questions and consultations. We highly recommend this realtor!
